Discussions is the easiest and most effective way to address a topic within our community on an on-going basis. While events and meetings in person do provide an excellent social opportunity to meet and talk, discussions is the perfect place to seek for advice, post a topic, help others, share your knowledge, and collaborate.
Our discussions are powered by Google Groups. You can follow up on discussions either here or by email (email options are available in your profile upon registration with Google Groups). To get involved with our discussions join now the JUG Lugano.
At JUG Lugano we strive to keep discussions in English, so that we can involve the largest number of people, although Italian is also welcome.

A FLOSS HTML editor in Java with a liberal license?

Nexus One in Europe, April?

ciao a tutti, very exciting and busy month in March! we have just nailed down agenda for next meeting on Tuesday 2-March, usual time 6.30pm usual place University of Lugano. this time Pasquale Granato will take us to a tour of Interactive TV standards and JavaTV (no SKY smartcard cracking session, sorry ;)).

yyyeesss, although the news is quite stricking to me as G always made it clear they were not going to go with any preferred carrier but rather rely on word of mouth for sales. also nexus1 seems to support multitouch as of latest os update, which is good news at last! as i was telling you, i am thinking to go with the htc desire next

Hi Luca I'll be very interested on this topic, so for me +1 for the presentation in Lugano. Regarding other topics I think it would be interested to speak about functional languages in general and how scala succeeded in being a good function and oo language on the same time. Later it would be interesting to cover actors and Lift.
